Hey Greg and Lisa,”I’ll Be Seeing You In All the Old Familiar Places”.. Just don’t commit any “Crimes and Misdemeanors” It wouldn’t be Oscar night without the Postles’ Academy Awards Poll!!! Thanks...

Wish I could see Greg’s choices first - I may have a better shot at winning. Tough year frankly not that many great movies. Can’t believe there is a single documentary feature nominated that I saw! Good luck to everyone tomorrow!
(BTW, I still think there needs to be some symbolic “Currie Cup” type prize for winning this thing...)

My picks were an experiment this year. Jay Leno was touting this “wunderkind” of a film critic, 13-year-old Jackson Murphy, who -- judging by his picks -- appears to be more precocious than accurate. If I had gone with my own picks, I would have been 17 of 24. It particularly hurt like hell to go against “Hugo” for cinematography, art direcotn and visual effects, and against Louisiana’s own “Fantastic Flying Books.” So much for that experiment. Next year’s picks will be my own.

So take a piece but not too much
